Meet Our Providers

Brandon Turnbo is a Family Nurse Practitioner that specializes in occupational medicine with experience managing all manner of work injuries and occupational diseases. He has experience in managing work compensation claims for patients from all over Western Washington. He also has experience in post-acute care and has served as an in-house attending provider for multiple nursing homes throughout the Puget Sound Region. He is a member of the American Assocation of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American College of Occupational and Enviornmental Medicine (ACOEM), and the Centers of Occupational Health & Education (COHE).
Brandon was born and raised in West Tennessee before moving with his wife, a native of Washington, and children to Port Orchard, WA in 2019. He enjoys spending his free time traveling abroad with his family, fishing, hunting, and playing competitive chess.

Emma Broussard is an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner originally from Houston, Texas. Emma worked in the field of oncology and hematology before making the transition to occupational medicine. She previously worked building an inpatient palliative and pain management program at a hospital in Central Texas. Emma dedicated herself to educating nursing and support staff on end-of-life care, as well as sickle cell disease. She spearheaded the creation of a sickle cell pain management order set and participates in sickle cell provider focus groups. Emma has nursing experience in medical surgical, acute care, alcohol and drug withdrawal, urology, hospice and emergency departments.
Emma is very involved in her local community and currently a member of Altrusa Gig Harbor chapter. She enjoys hiking and kayaking with her husband in her free time.

Sarah Coughlin is a Family Nurse Practitioner originally from New Jersey. She relocated to the PNW in 2019 and fell in love with the area. Previously, she worked at a hematology-oncology practice and an acute care clinic as a nurse practitioner. She began her career as a registered nurse in the Navy working in both the emergency and intensive care units along with two deployments to Afghanistan.
She is dedicated to promoting patient well-being, ensuring they receive the care and resources needed to thrive. She is excited to join the practice and provide the same commitment to occupational health by helping individuals recover.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, cheering on her boys at their sporting events, and exploring new places through travel.

We have years of experience treating patients that have been injured on the job as well as patients that have suffered injury or diseases due to exposure on the job site.
